A young high-profile couple purchase 4,500 square feet of raw space as a triplex in the historic Ayer building. Living bicoastal they were starting from scratch with furnishings and accessories. All layers of the interior were developed including lighting plans, decorative finishes, millwork, & furnishings to satisfy their vision of a modern, sophisticated & approachable interior. Incorporating the architect’s use of specialty stones and finishes was important to seamlessly tie the interior together. Custom furnishings and details were tailored to fit the living spaces. A subtle palette of warm and cool grays, paired with icy blues and deep eggplant nod to modern without sacrificing luxury.
