CONDOMINIUM, WASHINGTON SQUARE, PHILADELPHIA
PROJECT: RESIDENTIAL INTERIOR DESIGN
An art collector relocated to a condominium in a recently renovated historic Art Deco building on Washington Square. A rich and sophisticated palette was juxtaposed against an envelope of clean and modern architectural details to produce a comfortable, inviting space. Artists were commissioned to fabricate custom furnishings and lighting fixtures to create a one of a kind feel. Millwork was designed to become part of the architectural envelope while concealing electronics and providing an abundance of storage. A soft, feminine sensibility was added through accessories and finishing touches.
